Leggings Era... Jeximix Surpasses 10 Million Units Sold Cumulatively This Year


[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Brand X Corporation, a media commerce company, announced on the 7th that its brand Jeximix has surpassed 10 million cumulative product sales this year.


Brand X Corporation analyzed the sales volume of Jeximix brand products from January to November this year and recorded approximately 10.71 million cumulative sales. This figure far exceeds last year's sales volume of 8.75 million units.


Considering that the main customer base of Jeximix, women of the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z, born 1981?2010), is about 6.56 million, it means that each main customer has purchased about 1.6 products.


The best-selling products were bottoms such as leggings, accounting for more than one-third of the entire product lineup. The cumulative sales volume until November was about 4 million units, an increase of approximately 18.6% compared to the same period last year.


Men's products are also growing rapidly. The sales proportion of men's products, launched in June last year, grew from an initial 3% to about 14% as of October this year.


A representative of Jeximix said, “Currently, not only leggings but also various categories such as athleisure (casual), men's line, and swimwear are recording sales of at least 10 billion KRW, creating a solid brand growth trend. Next year, we plan to expand and strengthen into various areas such as golf wear, outdoor, and shoes to build a solid foundation to compete with the top brands in each fashion category.”
