Lim Young-woong, Singer and Fandom Both No.1 with 'Positive Influence'

Lim Young-woong's fandom is spreading positive influence through consistent donations. The official fan club Youngwoong Era Bucheon Supporters visited World Vision on the 4th and donated 5 million won raised in November to children in crisis in Korea.

This is part of the 'Heating On Campaign,' which supports heating bills and heating supplies such as coats, blankets, and electric heaters to warm the living environment of children in crisis during winter. From 2016 to last year, 7,818 children benefited from heating bill support worth about 1.9 billion won.

The Youngwoong Era Bucheon Supporters said, "We started donating together in the fan club following our favorite Lim Young-woong. We were happy to participate in sharing, thinking that children could spend a warm winter. We will continue to lead positive influence as heroes who care for and protect marginalized children, just like the name Youngwoong Era."

For children who lack sufficient heating bills and supplies, the long and cold winter must be scary and fearful. Adults who protect marginalized children and deliver warmth are true heroes."

Members of the official Naver cafe Youngwoong Nara also donated sports equipment worth 6.45 million won to the Baekgol Unit where Lim Young-woong served. About 40 fans who participated in the donation under the themes 'Heroes of Korea' and 'Youngwoong Supports You' said, "We hope to provide some comfort to the morale of the military personnel, who have been depressed during the COVID-19 period," and sent warm hearts along with a Christmas tree.

Supported by the fans' good deeds, Lim Young-woong firmly holds his position at the top.

On the 4th, Lim Young-woong ranked first in the age group preference artist survey announced at the 2021 Melon Music Awards (MMA 2021) for the 50s and 60s age groups.

Additionally, Lim Young-woong ranked third in the 40s age group following BTS and IU, and also third in the 30s age group following IU and BTS, placing in the top 3.

This year, Lim Young-woong, who received great love with "My Love Like Starlight" and "Love Always Runs Away," won two awards at MMA 2021, including Top 10 and Best Solo Male Artist.
