OneQPay Launches 'My Expenses & Assets at a Glance' Service
Offering Consumption Diagnosis, Household Ledger, Asset Management, Loan Comparison, and Hot Place Recommendation Services
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Hana Card announced on the 6th that it will launch 'HanaHap,' a MyData (personal credit information management) service that provides customized information based on consumer data.
HanaHap is a joint MyData brand of Hana Financial Group, which has the largest number of affiliates (Hana Card, Hana Bank, Hana Financial Investment) among domestic financial groups.
The MyData service HanaHap provided by Hana Card offers eight services centered on consumption data, which is the card company's strength, including consumption diagnosis, asset management, and hot place recommendations.
'My Spending at a Glance' is an upgraded household account book service that diagnoses spending details using artificial intelligence (AI). Based on the customer's usage history through cards or account transfers, it helps them make appropriate spending according to fixed expenses and budgets. It also shows the consumption analysis results with tags familiar to the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), making it easy to understand what kind of consumption tendencies they have. For example, tags like '#HomeDecorFairy' and '#DessertHolic' are displayed mainly for categories with high spending, followed by detailed related expenditure information.
'Hot Places Near Me' is a service that guides real-time hot places based on payment data rather than reviews or star ratings. It analyzes the proportion of regular customers, visit trends, and visitor characteristics for hot places such as restaurants and cafes based on nearby commercial district data and payment data. Additionally, Hana Card provides discount coupons at specific hot places for card customers, offering discounts to visiting customers and helping store owners manage sales and marketing. The hot place discount coupons will be provided to the first 3,000 users to celebrate the MyData launch and will be developed into a service to support marketing for small business owners and micro-entrepreneurs in the future.
'My Assets at a Glance' is a service that allows users to see all their financial assets scattered across various financial companies such as cards, banks, insurance, and securities at a glance. It also manages non-financial assets like cars and real estate, as well as credit scores. Owned real estate and vehicles are automatically linked to actual real estate transaction prices and used car market prices. To allow users to manage assets according to their preferences, a personalized feature is provided that lets users edit the assets they want to hide directly on the inquiry screen.
In addition, 'Loan Comparison' and 'Cheer Up, Boss' services will be added later this month. Loan Comparison will show the financial institutions, products, interest rates, and limits available for the user’s loans at a glance, and Cheer Up, Boss will provide visit customer analysis and commercial district analysis services for individual business customers.
Along with the launch of the HanaHap service, joint events by Hana Financial Group and customer events by Hana Card will also be held. In the Hana Financial Group joint event, customers who subscribe to the MyData service and link their assets will receive a Starbucks Americano coupon 100%. Additionally, if they also subscribe to Hana Bank and Hana Financial Investment, they will receive 30,000 Hana Money and have a chance to win overseas stocks through a lottery. In the Hana Card MyData service, customers who link their assets will receive raffle tickets every Friday starting from the 10th. Inviting friends increases the number of raffle tickets and the chances of winning. This event can be challenged every week until winning a prize, and even if they do not win, successfully inviting friends offers a chance to accumulate up to 40,000 Hana Money. There is also a fun element where users can earn Hana Money by finding golden coins within the MyData screen as a regular benefit.
Lee Seok, head of Hana Card, said, "We plan to expand OneQ Pay so that customers can experience and enjoy various comprehensive financial services such as banking services including inquiry and transfer, spending management, and asset management beyond just payments."
