Four Organizations Including Jupo Hanok Village Guesthouse Association Donate 1 Million Won Each

According to the county on the 6th, continuous donations from private donors are becoming nourishment for fostering local talent.
For the talent cultivation fund, ▲ Jupo Hanok Village Guesthouse Association (Representative Seol Youngho) ▲ Hampyeong-gun Agricultural and Specialty Products Direct Transaction Business Group (Representative Haetmam Japgok Jeong Gigeun) ▲ Agricultural Corporation Hampyeong A Food (Nasan-myeon, Representative Jeong Mikyung) ▲ Daheung Restaurant in Hampyeong-eup (Representative Cheon Jaehong) each donated 1 million won, totaling 4 million won.
The Jupo Hanok Village Guesthouse Association, which participated in the donation, has been donating to the talent cultivation fund annually since 2017, serving as a model for the local community.
Also, the Hampyeong Agricultural and Specialty Products Direct Transaction Business Group (consisting of 8 companies including Haetmam Japgok in Daedong-myeon) has been donating a portion of its profits to the talent cultivation fund every year since 2019.
Jeong Mikyung, CEO of Agricultural Corporation Hampyeong A Food, said, “Although the situation is difficult due to COVID-19, I decided to contribute scholarship funds to help nurture the talents who will lead Hampyeong’s future.”
Lee Sangik, County Governor (Chairman of the Talent Cultivation Promotion Committee), said, “Thanks to the generous support of local residents and various organizations for talent cultivation, the end of 2021 is warm,” and emphasized, “We will do our best to discover and support local talent through the operation of the talent cultivation fund.”
Meanwhile, the donations collected by Hampyeong-gun in 2021 reached 110 million won.
