Daewoo E&C is launching sales for the residential lodging facility 'Sewoon Prugio Gravity' located in the heart of Seoul.


This complex is the second supply in the Sewoon district this year, following the apartment 'Sewoon Prugio Hericity,' which completed sales last July. It consists of a total of 756 units, with 396 units in Zone 3-6 and 360 units in Zone 3-7, ranging from 21 to 50㎡ in exclusive area. Both complexes are structured from 6 basement floors to 20 floors above ground.


The location optimized for residential lodging facilities supplied in the center of Seoul stands out, differentiating itself in terms of location compared to other residential lodging facilities supplied so far. It is adjacent to Cheonggyecheon Stream and conveniently accessible to four subway lines, making it a quadruple transit station area.


Reflecting the area's characteristics with many high-income professionals, various house amenity services such as butler service, housekeeping service, mail house, refresh house, and rental house will be operated. Cultural facilities including co-working studios, content studios, and screen rooms are provided, expected to attract demand from high-income MZ generation professionals.


A sales official stated, "In terms of location, it can be considered the best among residential lodging facilities sold so far, and thus its rarity is also high," adding, "High interest is expected from buyers looking for residential alternative investment products."


Daewoo E&C will also supply residential lodging facilities in Godeok New Town, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do. The 'Pyeongtaek Godeok Trabant Prugio City' will be located in Block 11 (1-2, 1-3) of the central commercial district of the Godeok Internationalization Planning District in Pyeongtaek-si. This complex will consist of 886 residential lodging units ranging from 21 to 45㎡ and 52 commercial units, structured from 6 basement floors to 27 floors above ground.


This year, as residential real estate regulations have tightened, investor interest in residential lodging facilities has significantly increased.


'Lotte Castle De Mer,' sold by Lotte Construction in March this year, located at the center of the redevelopment project of Busan North Port old downtown with ocean views, was fully sold out with an average competition rate of 356 to 1 across all types.


In August, 'Lotte Castle Le West,' supplied in Magok district, which is growing into a representative self-sufficient complex city on Seoul's last prime land, attracted 575,950 applications for 876 units, recording an average competition rate of 657 to 1.
