LF Food Mono Kitchen Launches 'Guseul Ojingeo Twigim'

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Comprehensive food company LF Food announced on the 6th that its home meal replacement (HMR) brand Mono Kitchen has launched a new product, "Bead Squid Tempura."

Bead Squid Tempura is a bite-sized product. In particular, it was made easy to eat by minimizing the separation of the squid and the batter. The chewy giant squid body is cut into bite-sized pieces, and LF Food added a powder it developed in-house to the tempura batter to enhance the adhesion of the batter.

Additionally, the saltiness of the squid was removed as much as possible to create a light taste, and it is appropriately seasoned so that it can be enjoyed without any additional sauce.
