NongHyup IT Sarang Volunteer Group Holds 'Sharing Love Rice' Event

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung]NH Nonghyup IT Love Volunteer Group announced on the 5th that they visited Wonju City Hall in Gangwon Province together with the Our Agriculture Protection Movement Headquarters to deliver 2,000 kg of Love Rice produced by our farmers.

The sharing event held on the 3rd was organized as part of a campaign to promote the consumption of domestic agricultural products while delivering warm affection to neighbors in need within Wonju City.

The IT Love Volunteer Group is a volunteer organization jointly established by the labor and management of NH Nonghyup's IT division. Through voluntary fundraising by executives and employees, they lead sharing management by carrying out various sharing events and social contribution activities such as ‘Sharing Love Briquettes (Rice)’, ‘Kimchi Sharing’, ‘Blood Donation Service’, ‘Environmental Cleanup Activities’, and ‘Helping Farm Work’.

Seo Eulgu, Chairman of the IT Labor Union, said, “We organized this sharing event by gathering the small sincerity of Nonghyup executives and employees.” He added, “We will continue to make efforts to provide diverse and practical help to vulnerable groups in the future.”
