As a result of the accident, three people, including A's wife who was sitting in the front passenger seat and a couple who were acquaintances of A sitting in the back seat, died, and A was seriously injured.

The vehicle was severely damaged, and the impact of the accident was so great that the deceased passengers were thrown out of the vehicle.

All in their 60s, the police understood that they were returning home to their house in Sacheon-si after hiking in Geochang-gun when the accident occurred.

The police have collected the driver's alcohol test results and the vehicle's black box to accurately determine the cause of the accident.
