Naver Opens Recruitment for Entry-Level Service & Business Positions in First Half of Next Year... Up to 2 Million KRW Provided Upon Application

[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Naver announced on the 3rd that it will begin open recruitment for new employees in the Service & Business job category for the first half of 2022.

The recruitment scale is 00 people, and the hiring process consists of document screening, corporate culture fit test, followed by Self PT, first interview, and second interview in order.

The recruitment fields include ▲Service Product ▲Platform Product ▲Business Development.

In particular, this open recruitment newly introduces the ‘Product Develop’ method, where applicants select one of the project topics presented for each job and complete the deliverables through the interview process.

Applicants submit a proposal that concretizes the project idea during the Self PT stage, and as the process progresses, they supplement and present it. During the project development process, applicants can receive feedback from interviewers composed of Naver’s practical leaders.

Applicants participating in the ‘Product Develop’ process will also receive exceptional benefits of up to 2 million KRW. Upon submitting the Self PT, 200,000 KRW is paid; upon completing the first and second interviews, 300,000 KRW and 500,000 KRW are paid respectively; and upon final admission, 1 million KRW is paid.

The application period is from today until the 16th, and eligibility includes those who are expected to graduate from university (graduate school) by August 2022 regardless of major, or those who graduated after February 2020 with less than two years of total work experience.

Applicants wishing to apply can submit their applications through the Naver recruitment website by 6 p.m. on the 16th. Final successful candidates will join Naver from April next year and be assigned to various organizations within Naver.
