Geukdong Construction announced on the 3rd that it has opened the model house for 'Cheonan Geukdong Star Class The First,' supplied in Dongnam-gu, Cheonan, Chungnam, and is starting the full-scale sales schedule.

This complex, which is a reconstruction of Cheonan Jugong Complex 4, consists of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,225 units of 59, 74, and 84㎡. Among them, 632 units of 59 and 74㎡ are available for general sale.

The subscription schedule begins with special supply on the 13th, followed by first priority for the relevant area on the 14th, first priority for other areas on the 15th, and second priority on the 16th. The winners will be announced on the 23rd, and the official contract period will be held for five days from January 3 to 7 next year.

The complex is close to Nambu-daero and Cheonan-daero, and access to the Gyeongbu Expressway via Cheonan IC is convenient. Additionally, the Asan-Cheongju Expressway is scheduled to open in December next year, which is expected to further improve the transportation network. Cheonan Station on Line 1 and Cheonan Terminal are nearby, making travel within and outside the city easy.

Cheongsu Elementary School and an affiliated kindergarten are located about a 5-minute walk from the complex, and various school districts such as Gaon Middle School, Cheongsu High School, and Cheonan Jeil High School are nearby. It is also notable that Cheongsu Forest Park, Cheongsu Lake Park, and Wonseongcheon Stream are adjacent.

Once the projects underway in the nearby Cheongsu District, Cheongdang District, and Yonggok District are completed, a large residential town of about 16,000 households is expected to be established. Various community facilities and innovative designs such as a layout mainly facing south for all units have been applied to maximize product value.
