Gochang-gun Successfully Hosts 'Song Gil-young Big Data Expert Special Lecture' at Cultural Center

[Gochang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] On the 2nd, Gochang-gun, Jeonbuk, held a lecture titled "The Future of Gochang and You Uncovered by Big Data" by inviting big data expert Song Gilyoung at the Gochang Cultural Center.

According to the county on the 3rd, big data expert Song Gilyoung works as a mind miner who scrapes traces left by people to uncover the minds contained within them.

He is currently serving as the vice president of the Korea BI Data Mining Society and vice president of Insight Service at Vibe Company.

Also the author of last month's bestseller "Don't Just Do It," he tracks how people's daily lives and thoughts have changed based on over 20 years of big data analysis, presenting social values and growth paradigms for individuals and organizations.

In this lecture, residents interested in big data, including those working in Gochang's agricultural and food sectors, tourism, and youth, attended to learn about the increasingly important role of big data in various aspects of daily life.

In particular, through big data analysis of social trends changed by COVID-19 and Gochang's agricultural, marine products, and tourism sectors, the session provided future development directions and strategies.
