Line Construction announced on the 3rd that it plans to launch sales this month for the officetel "Cheonan Asan Station EG the1 (Easy The One)" in Block 6-3 of Asan Baebang District, Chungcheongnam-do.

This complex consists of 6 buildings with a total of 780 units, ranging from basement level 2 to 29 floors above ground, all with a single exclusive area of 84㎡. It is composed of ▲84A1㎡ 156 units ▲84A2㎡ 156 units ▲84B㎡ 156 units ▲84C㎡ 156 units ▲84D㎡ 156 units.
