KB Healthcare to Expand Digital Platform Partnership Services

KB Healthcare, a subsidiary of KB Insurance, announced on the 2nd that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) to establish an alliance system with various service providers to build a digital healthcare platform.

On the 1st, KB Healthcare signed strategic MOUs with Bit Computer and Theragen Bio, respectively.

They agreed to jointly promote health management service businesses targeting companies and workers with Bit Computer. In the first quarter of next year, they plan to jointly promote health management services for employees of KB Financial Group affiliates, and based on this, jointly advance domestic and international B2B healthcare businesses from the second quarter onward.

With Theragen Bio, they will jointly promote consumer-direct genome testing service businesses and collaborate on developing hospital and health screening-linked genetic analysis services. They also plan to build a data platform capable of collecting and analyzing medical and health information in the long term.

On the 23rd of last month, they signed an agreement with Algocare Co., Ltd., which provides customized nutrition management solutions, to jointly develop customized health functional food businesses. Both companies will jointly develop and promote customized nutrition management service businesses for customers and collaborate on medication management service businesses for chronic disease patients' health management.
