Starting from the question, "Can we fully and exactly remember all moments of the past?" "A Long Day," which wanders through memories like a mystery, depicts the events that happen to a man and a woman during one day as they meet, part, miss each other, and reunite.
Kim Dong-wan plays Hyun-su, a novelist and the protagonist of the first story "The House with the Big Persimmon Tree," and Nam Bora plays a mysterious and unpredictably charming neighbor who happens to spend a day together with him.
Seo Jun-young appears as Hyun-su, a young film director, and musical actor Seon Min plays Jung-yoon, who shares a passion for film comparable to Hyun-su.
Kim Sung-je plays Hyun-su, the husband who becomes confused after discovering his wife's affair; Kim Hye-na plays Yoon-joo, the woman who informs him of the affair; and theater actress Lee Da-hye appears as Jung-yoon, who meets Hyun-su by chance at Woljeongsa Temple and spends the day chasing after his wife's secret.
