CJ Freshway Presents Christmas Kits for Infant and Toddler Childcare Facilities

[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] CJ Freshway, a food distribution and catering specialist under CJ Group, announced on the 2nd that it will introduce Christmas snack and cake kits for infant care facilities in anticipation of the upcoming Christmas season.

CJ Freshway launched the new Christmas kits in response to the growing popularity of indoor educational programs due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. The kits are designed so that children can enjoy the Christmas atmosphere at daycare centers and kindergartens while making and enjoying healthy food.

This Christmas kit is available in two types: a snack bundle and a cake-making kit. The snack bundle kit consists of various snacks such as fruit drinks, yogurt, almonds, and popcorn from CJ Freshway’s kids-specialized ingredient brand ‘Ainuri.’ Envelopes featuring Rudolph, Santa Claus, and other characters are also provided so that children can pack their desired snacks by themselves.

The cake-making kit includes all the basic ingredients such as cake sheets, fresh cream, and macarons, allowing children to easily complete the cake. The ingredients focus on health and nutrition by using preservative-free and low-sugar products. The kit also includes Christmas decoration items such as candles and decoration tags to add fun to the decorating process. A Christmas kit-making video featuring a kids-dedicated chef from CJ Freshway was separately produced for use in educational programs.

CJ Freshway plans to continuously expand various contents such as kit products, cooking classes, nutrition, and hygiene education centered around the Ainuri brand to promote a healthy food culture among children.

A CJ Freshway official said, “Ahead of Christmas and the year-end, we prepared this snack bundle and cake-making kit to give children a unique experience through healthy food.” He added, “We will strengthen the kit product lineup by utilizing various partner company products along with the kids-specialized ingredient brand Ainuri.”
