Gyeonggi-do Youth Interview Allowance 3rd Recruitment Until 17th... Up to 300,000 KRW Support

[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province is recruiting the 3rd round of recipients for the 'Gyeonggi Province Youth Interview Allowance' until the 17th.

The Gyeonggi Province Youth Interview Allowance is a program that provides up to 300,000 KRW in interview activity expenses in local currency to young people participating in job interviews. It was introduced to reduce the financial burden so that young job seekers can focus on their job search activities and to promote the culture of interview expense payments in private companies.

Eligible applicants are young people aged 18 to 39 whose registered address is in Gyeonggi Province as of the application date and who have experienced a job interview this year.

Regardless of current employment status, those who have experienced a job interview can apply by visiting the Gyeonggi Province Youth Interview Allowance website. Applicants must prepare a resident registration certificate issued within one month of the application date, an interview confirmation letter (or substitute affidavit and interview evidence documents), and the relevant job posting.

Applicants who have experience with part-time jobs under 30 hours per week or interviews at workplaces outside Gyeonggi Province (including overseas companies) can also apply. However, those participating in similar programs such as ▲unemployment benefits ▲Ministry of Employment and Labor job search activity support fund ▲Gyeonggi Women's Employment Support Fund ▲Employment Success Package Type 1 ▲Youth Job Seeker Transportation Support Project are not eligible to apply.

After reviewing submitted documents such as the applicant's residence and interview attendance, selected recipients will receive 50,000 KRW per interview (up to 6 times) in Gyeonggi local currency (with selectable regions) as job search activity support.
