Three Workers Paving Road in Anyang Crushed to Death by Roller

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] At around 6:40 PM on the 1st, three workers including Mr. A were crushed and killed by a heavy equipment machine, a road compaction roller, at a road paving construction site in Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province.

Mr. A and the others who were involved in the accident were transported to a nearby hospital in cardiac arrest but were pronounced dead.

The police believe they were crushed by the roller while it was in motion during the asphalt paving work after laying communication lines.
