[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Hanwha Life has appointed Vice President Na Chaebum as the head of the Management Innovation Division.
Hanwha Life announced on the 1st that, as of December 1st, it has made a small-scale organizational restructuring, changing the existing structure from 3 divisions and 6 headquarters to 5 divisions and 6 headquarters.
The existing Management Innovation Committee was changed to the Management Innovation Division, and the Investment Business Headquarters and Strategic Investment Headquarters were merged to create a new Investment Division. The head of the Investment Division will be Executive Director Shin Minsik.
Additionally, an external personnel was recruited under the Management Strategy Office. The Management Strategy Office plans to establish a new vision that can lead paradigm shifts in the insurance industry and to formulate and execute mid- to long-term strategies for sustainable growth.
Vice President Ha Sangwoo, a financial consulting expert who previously served as CEO of AT Kearney and CEO of PwC Strategy&, was appointed as head of the Management Strategy Office. Executive Director Lee Hansem, a former Financial Services Commission secretary who was in charge of financial innovation, was recruited as an executive in charge of the Management Strategy Office.
