Wanju-gun Kongjipatji Library Promotional Video 'Nationwide Best'

Awarded Grand Prize at the Presidential Library and Information Policy Committee Contest

[Wanju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Han-ho] Wanju-gun announced on the 30th that the promotional video of Kongjipatji Library won the Grand Prize in the promotional video category at the Library Policy Best Practices and Promotional Video Contest hosted by the Presidential Library and Information Policy Committee.

The Library Policy Best Practices and Promotional Video Contest was promoted to share the value of libraries during the period of change caused by COVID-19 and to envision the future of libraries suitable for the metaverse era together with the public.

The staff of Kongjipatji Library, located in Iseo-myeon, creatively depicted the newly established library using the Kongji and Patji family as the theme.

In particular, the staff showed passion by coming up with ideas themselves and preparing props and costumes for their appearances.

In the contest, it was evaluated that the video well expressed the library as an institution striving to improve the quality of life of residents, not just a simple building.

Kongjipatji Library is equipped with a book cafe, children's reading room, civil service center, comic cafe, mini cinema, a digital resource room stocked with travel specialty books, study rooms, and smart rooms, establishing itself as the best library in the Innovation City.
