PocketDol Studio Anticipates Improved Revenue Structure Focused on Performances: "Following Integrated Securities Issuance, IPO Promotion"

He continued, “In overseas markets, face-to-face performances are already actively taking place, with many artists such as ‘Justin Bieber,’ ‘Maroon 5,’ and ‘Lady Gaga’ successfully completing face-to-face performances after COVID-19,” and added, “BTS also held their first face-to-face performance since the COVID-19 situation at SoFi Stadium in L.A., USA, on the 27th, indicating that overall face-to-face performances are being revitalized.”

Since PocketDol recently completed the issuance of unified securities, stock distribution is now possible. Stock trading via smartphone apps is available through an unlisted stock trading platform, and discussions are underway for listing on over-the-counter markets such as ‘K-OTC’.

Additionally, by appointing a CFO president who is an expert in IPOs, the possibility of going public is also being mentioned. In fact, PocketDol is in contact with securities firms to select an underwriter.

Meanwhile, PocketDol is seeking collaboration with the OTT industry centered on ‘After School Excitement’ and is promoting business expansion by combining content IP (intellectual property) based on the ‘global girl group’ discovered through the program with NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
