- Official Contracts from November 30 to December 2
Hyundai Construction will conduct the official contract signing for ‘Hillstate Apsan Central,’ supplied in Nam-gu, Daegu, over a total of three days from November 30 (Tuesday) to December 2 (Thursday).
In particular, ‘Hillstate Apsan Central’ attracted a lot of interest from actual buyers, recording an average competition rate of 2.7 to 1 in the previous subscription, with the exclusive area of 84㎡ closing first priority at 4.08 to 1.
The official contract signing will take place at the model house, and visits are possible after making a reservation on the official website. After the contract signing, the preliminary resident selection and contract will proceed on December 4 (Saturday). The contract terms are 10% deposit, 60% interim payment, and 30% balance, with a fixed first deposit of 10 million KRW.
‘Hillstate Apsan Central’ will be developed in Bongdeok-dong, Nam-gu, Daegu, consisting of 4 buildings from 2 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with a total of 345 households ranging from 52 to 84㎡ in exclusive area.
The complex is close to Daegu’s representative natural environments such as Apsan Mountain, Sincheon River, and Suseong Lake, and includes landscaped spaces such as a central plaza within the complex.
Regarding the educational environment, Bongdeok Elementary School, Gyeongil Girls’ Middle School, Gyeongil Girls’ High School, Hyupsung Gyeongbok Middle School, and Hyupsung High School are located near the complex. Additionally, Daegu Library, which offers cultural spaces such as a comprehensive reading room, auditorium, and exhibition hall, is planned to be developed alongside Daegu Peace Park near the complex.
Accessibility to major areas of Daegu, including Suseong-gu, is excellent via Sincheon-daero and Apsan Circular Road, and construction is planned for some unopened sections of the Daegu 3rd Circular Road nearby. Furthermore, the city of Daegu is planning a tram circulation line that will connect major areas.
Moreover, infrastructure facilities such as Yeungnam University Hospital, Bongdeok New Market, Nam-gu Office, as well as Daebak Plaza and Homeplus are also located nearby.
The internal design of the complex is also excellent. All units are designed with a cross-ventilation slab-type structure that ensures excellent lighting and ventilation. Most units feature a ‘ㄷ’-shaped kitchen furniture layout that considers efficient household work flow. Additionally, a variety of specialized designs tailored to residents’ lifestyles broaden the range of choices.
The complex will include various exercise facilities such as a fitness center and GX room, as well as community facilities like a book cafe and coin laundry. Furthermore, residents can control lighting, gas, heating, and ventilation inside and outside the complex via a smartphone app.
For energy savings, the complex will apply a Home Energy Management System (HEMS), centralized light-off switches, standby power and gas cut-off systems, LED lighting in units and common areas, and an intelligent lighting control system (vehicle passage area) in the underground parking lot. HEPA filter (air purifier grade) heat exchangers will be installed in each unit.
For certain vehicles, a Home-to-Car service allowing voice control of the vehicle from inside the home and a Car-to-Home service enabling control of built-in IoT devices in the home from inside the car will be applied to add convenience to daily life.
