Lee Jae-myung Visits Yeosu, Crowds Gather in a Sea of People

Visited Romantic Pocha Street Riding the 'Metaverse' with Wife Kim Hye-kyung

Arriving at Romantic Pocha Street around 8 p.m., Candidate Lee was surrounded by hundreds of people who had gathered there for over an hour.

The Romantic Pocha Street was packed with hundreds of citizens and tourists who came to meet Candidate Lee in person, and supporters welcomed him by presenting a bouquet and a birthday cake to celebrate his birthday that day.

Supporters shouted "President Lee Jae-myung" and "Lee Jae-myung Fighting," and Candidate Lee greeted citizens with fist bumps and willingly signed autographs upon request, engaging warmly with the public.

Although an impromptu speech was originally planned at Romantic Pocha Street, the speech was canceled due to the overwhelming crowd with no space to stand, leaving some citizens who had anticipated the speech expressing their disappointment.

Candidate Lee greeted citizens and tourists while moving a short distance from Romantic Pocha to the Hamel Exhibition Hall.

Standing briefly in front of the Hamel Exhibition Hall, Candidate Lee said to the citizens and tourists, "Yeosu is beautiful. On a beautiful night, I hope close friends, lovers, and families can spend this moment happily together."

After finishing his short schedule in Yeosu, Candidate Lee boarded a vehicle around 9 p.m. to move to Gwangju, where the first regional election campaign committee inauguration was scheduled.
