KB Capital and Suwon Volunteer Center Hold 'Love Hope Vehicle Delivery Ceremony'

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] KB Capital announced on the 29th that it donated four vehicles for social welfare services to the Suwon Volunteer Center and four volunteer organizations in the Suwon area.

The delivery ceremony held that morning was attended by Hwang Su-nam, CEO of KB Capital, Im Sook-ja, Director of the Suwon Volunteer Center, representatives of volunteer organizations, and Kim Kwang-hyun, Chairman of Seon Kim Motors.

The donated vehicles were selected by Kim Kwang-hyun, a master of automobile exterior restoration and Chairman of Seon Kim Motors, from the used car trading platform KB Chachacha as models suitable for volunteer activities. KB Capital supported 52 million KRW for the purchase of these used cars, and after free repairs and inspections by Seon Kim Motors, the vehicles were delivered to four volunteer organizations together with KB Capital.

KB Capital donated four used cars?a K5, Ray, Porter, and Carnival?purchased through KB Chachacha to four organizations with aging vehicles that faced difficulties in volunteering: Suwon Volunteer Center, Korea Environmental Culture Love, Suwon Jung Sa Mo, and Hope Shelter Citizen Volunteer Group. The donated vehicles will be used for various social welfare projects such as operating free meal trucks and COVID-19 quarantine activities.

Hwang Su-nam, CEO of KB Capital, said, "The supported vehicles will be used appropriately in social welfare institutions for socially vulnerable groups and volunteer activities," adding, "We plan to continue social contribution activities linked to places that need vehicle support."
