[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] On the 29th, Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam Province announced that 250 athletes and officials who participated in the 60th Gyeongnam Provincial Sports Festival achieved excellent results, winning the overall championship in four events including athletics, taekwondo, judo, and tennis.

The Provincial Sports Festival held in the Changwon City area was not held last year to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but this year, under strict quarantine rules, no overall rankings were given by city or county, and awards were given individually and by team.

Through this event, we express our gratitude to the athletes and sports association officials who promoted the unity and strength of Hamyang residents both domestically and internationally and elevated the honor of Hamyang-gun sports.
