[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Jeongpil] Jeju Fire Station (Chief Ko Jae-woo) announced on the 28th that it recently held the second half civil servant workplace council meeting in the station's small conference room to resolve employee grievances and create a lively workplace atmosphere.
At the meeting, representatives from the institution and the workplace council committee members attended to discuss improvements in working conditions for affiliated employees and ways to enhance work methods for the smooth provision of fire services.
Yoo Jae-hoon, chairman of the workplace council, stated, “We discussed various suggestions from affiliated employees to improve them in a reasonable and progressive direction.”
In response, Ko Jae-woo, chief of Jeju Fire Station, said, “Through the operation of the civil servant workplace council, we will strive to improve employee welfare and provide high-quality fire services to the residents.”
