[Asia Economy Reporter Na Ye-eun] Actress-turned-actor Park Sang-a, whose name was missing from the electronic display inside the funeral hall of former President Jeon Du-hwan, sparking various speculations, was captured by media cameras on the 25th, the day of the former president's encoffining.

On the 25th, the third day of the former president's funeral, Park, dressed in black mourning clothes, greeted mourners with her husband Jeon Jae-yong at the funeral hall set up at Sinchon Severance Hospital in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.

Previously, until the morning of the 24th, the electronic display in front of the funeral hall showed the names of the former president's wife Lee Soon-ja, eldest son Jeon Je-guk, second son Jeon Jae-yong, third son Jeon Je-man, daughter Jeon Hyo-seon, and 11 grandchildren of the former president. However, the names of the second daughter-in-law Park and the third daughter-in-law were not visible, raising curiosity.

Regarding this, the funeral hall explained, "Technically, up to six 'daughters-in-law' can be listed, but when the bereaved family submitted the names of the chief mourners, only the eldest daughter-in-law was listed." Following the controversy, the bereaved family added the names of Park and others on the 24th.

Park married the former president's second son Jeon in 2007 and has two daughters.

Meanwhile, the former president collapsed at his residence in Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul on the 23rd and was reported to the police and fire department around 8:55 a.m. The police confirmed his death around 9:12 a.m.

The former president was known to have been battling multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. Multiple myeloma is classified as one of the three major blood cancers along with leukemia and lymphoma, accounting for 1-2% of all tumors. The funeral procession is scheduled for the 27th.
