Hamyang-gun Promotes Over 80 Types of Excellent Agricultural and Specialty Products at Gyeongnam Specialty Products Expo

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 26th that it participated in the ‘2021 Gyeongnam Specialty Products Expo’ to promote and sell excellent agricultural and specialty products of Hamyang-gun, including black pork.

At this expo, Hamyang-gun exhibited and sold over 80 products of agricultural and specialty goods from the clean area of Jirisan at 16 booths, achieving total sales of 43 million won.

During the same period, the Gyeongnam Agricultural Food Export Consultation Meeting was held simultaneously, where local companies participated and received great responses.

An official from the county stated, “As interest in health has increased due to the spread of COVID-19, we participated to showcase the diverse agricultural and specialty products produced in Hamyang-gun,” adding, “We plan to continuously expand direct transactions with urban consumers through steady direct trade and participation in expo events.”
