[Asia Economy Online Issue Team] Kim Nayoung shed tears as she missed her late mother.

On the 24th broadcast of JTBC's 'Brave Solo Parenting - I Raise Them,' Kim Nayoung and her sons, Shinwoo and Ijun, were shown visiting their mother's grave.

Kim Nayoung reminisced, "I missed my mom so much on my birthday recently," while Shinwoo and Ijun personally picked flowers to give to their grandmother. Shinwoo and Ijun comforted Kim Nayoung, who broke down in tears at their mother's grave, showing a mature side.

Then, looking at the inscription on the tombstone, Kim Nayoung explained to her sons, "I also had a mom. Our mom was born in 1953 and passed away in 1988."

Kim Nayoung recalled her mother who passed away at the young age of 35. She said, "It was the day before my elementary school entrance ceremony, and I remember it so well. The inauguration ceremony of the late former President Roh Tae-woo was being broadcast on TV. Mom was cleaning in the next room. But when I went into the room, she had collapsed. That was the last moment."

She added, "Her heart was a bit weak, and she had a heart attack," and said, "But no one told me that mom had passed away. They were afraid I was too young and might get hurt or scared. But I knew everything. I think I said goodbye to mom in my heart."

Kim Nayoung also shared, "I parted from mom when I was very young, so I don't have many memories. But people also remember through physical contact. I remember the feeling when mom made a raspberry (lip trill) to me. Every time I make a raspberry to Shinwoo and Ijun, I think a lot about the past," and with teary eyes, she said, "Raising children, I realize the path mom took must have been very heavy."
