With improved transportation networks in Cheongna International City enhancing accessibility to Seoul and the expansion of lifestyle convenience facilities increasing residential preference, residential officetels are being supplied within Cheongna International City.
HDC Hyundai Development Company will supply the residential officetel "Cheongna International City I-Park" in Cheongna International City, Incheon Free Economic Zone, this December. The officetel complex will consist of two buildings, ranging from 6 basement floors to 42 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,020 units sized between 24 and 84 square meters.
"Cheongna International City I-Park" is the first "I-Park" branded complex introduced in Cheongna International City. Notably, it will be constructed as a large-scale complex with 1,020 units featuring a super high-rise design of 42 floors, becoming a landmark in the area.
HDC Hyundai Development Company will apply specialized designs as the first "I-Park" branded complex in the region. The officetels are designed with various floor plans, from 1.5-room units with an entrance door for single-person households to two-room units suitable for newlyweds and three-person families with young children.
In particular, specialized space designs such as dressing rooms within units and wide terraces (in some units) will be applied to enhance space utilization and allow for diverse spatial arrangements according to lifestyle.
Regarding location conditions, the complex is adjacent to Hana Financial Town and Cheongna Medical Complex Town, which are considered core development projects of Cheongna International City. The Cheongna International City Station, the starting point of Line 7's Cheongna extension, is also within walking distance. Additionally, large retail facilities such as Starfield and Costco are planned to be developed nearby.
"Cheongna International City I-Park" is open for subscription to anyone nationwide aged 19 or older without requiring a subscription savings account, and winners will be selected through a 100% lottery system. The model house is scheduled to open in December.
