[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeollanam-do Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 23rd that it will conduct a land characteristic survey for the assessment of individual publicly announced land prices for 2022.
The land characteristic survey will be conducted over two months until January 22 of next year, targeting approximately 260,000 individual land parcels.
The county will verify changes such as permits and approvals, land movement, and urban planning changes, and reflect the land use status, road frontage, and other key items through on-site inspections into the characteristics of individual land parcels.
The characteristic survey will be used as basic data for calculating individual publicly announced land prices.
Individual publicly announced land prices are calculated based on the standard land price by comparing the characteristics of individual land and comparable standard land, deriving a price ratio from the adjustment table, and then calculating the price per square meter.
The calculated prices will be finalized and announced on April 29 next year after hearing opinions from landowners, verification by appraisers, and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee.
A county official stated, “Since individual publicly announced land prices are used as the basis for national and local taxes related to land, various charges, and rental fees for various public properties, we will do our best to ensure an accurate land characteristic survey is conducted.”
