The regular admission quota accounts for 9.7% of the total recruitment.
The highest competition rate was in the Physical Therapy Department's Specialized High School track, with 251 applicants for 1 spot, resulting in a 251:1 ratio, followed by the Radiology Department's General High School track with 243 applicants for 2 spots, recording a 121.5:1 ratio.
The Physical Therapy Department's General High School track saw a high competition rate of 125:1 with 500 applicants for 4 spots, while the Nursing Department's Specialized High School track (3 spots) recorded 97:1, the Clinical Pathology Department's General High School track (3 spots) 87.3:1, and the Police Security Administration Department's Specialized High School track (1 spot) 89:1, showing strong performance in the health-related fields in the 2nd round of early admission as well as the 1st round.
Professor Lee Hwa-seok, Director of Admissions and Public Relations at Dong-Eui Science University, stated, “Being selected for the national government financial support project and having well-established educational environments such as curriculum and scholarships seem to have driven the higher competition rate compared to the previous year.”
