Dongmoon Construction announced on the 22nd that it plans to launch the 'Eumseong Dongmoon The East' apartments in December at B5 Block of Seongbon Industrial Complex, which is being developed as the largest corporate complex city in Eumseong, Chungbuk.
The complex consists of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 687 households, all with an exclusive area of 84㎡. By type, there are 403 units of 84㎡A and 284 units of 84㎡B.
The corporate complex city is the largest industrial site in Eumseong-gun, developed by Eumseong-gun and others over an area of 2,003,579㎡ around Seongbon-ri and Buyun-ri in Daeso-myeon, and Yupori in Geumwang-eup. A large-scale residential complex of about 5,000 households, as well as commercial, cultural, and support facilities, will also be provided. It is located within 10 minutes from Daeso IC and Daeso JC on the Jungbu Expressway connecting Hanam, Gyeonggi-do to Cheongju, Chungbuk, and about 5 minutes from Geumwang Kkotdongnae IC on the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway.
The B5 Block, which Dongmoon Construction is offering, is closest to National Route 82 connected to Daeso IC. Using the Jungbu Expressway and Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway, it is possible to reach downtown Seoul within an hour. There is a school site (planned) within walking distance and a central commercial site (planned) nearby, allowing for convenient living.
The buildings are arranged mainly facing south in a slab-type structure to maximize natural light and ventilation. Most parking spaces are located underground, and the above-ground space includes landscaping and park facilities for communication and interaction. The floor plans mainly feature 4-bay layouts with a good sense of openness, and storage spaces such as dressing rooms and super wide pantries are provided throughout the home.
A 'customizing' service tailored to individual tastes and lifestyles will also be introduced. Community facilities within the complex will include a golf club, fitness center, GX room, and a small library.
As of the end of September, the total number of households in Eumseong-gun is 47,052, with apartments accounting for 40.5%. Apartment supply has been relatively low with 1,572 units over the past five years (2016-2020), and only 186 units are planned for this year.
The complex also benefits from being in a non-regulated area. 'Eumseong Dongmoon The East' allows first-priority subscription for adults aged 19 or older who have held a subscription savings account for more than six months and meet the deposit requirements by area, regardless of the number of houses owned or household head status.
In particular, as the apartments are located within an industrial complex under Article 4, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 of the Housing Supply Regulations, first-priority subscription is possible from other regions without residency restrictions.
