[Asia Economy Reporter Yoon Seul-gi] Actress Kim Bu-seon warned lawyer Kang Yong-seok to "delete the controversial video dated the 10th."

On the 16th, Kim posted on her Facebook, saying, "If you have a lot of money, just leave it alone. I will go to court. I will respond seriously."

She also shared an explanatory article from the Garosero Research Institute (Gaseyeon), which was said to have tried to "calm Kim Bu-seon," and raised her voice, saying, "Kim Se-ui, Kang Yong-seok, are you crazy? Did I ask you to buy me a phone first? You should respond seriously to realize your mistakes."

Earlier, on the 14th, Kim posted on her Facebook that she had dismissed lawyer Kang. It appears that the reason for the dismissal was Kang's disclosure of Kim's private matters during the Gaseyeon live broadcast on the 10th, where he mentioned the physical characteristics of candidate Lee that Kim had previously claimed.

In response, former MBC reporter Kim Se-ui posted a video titled "Reasons to Support Actress Kim Bu-seon" on the Gaseyeon YouTube channel on the 14th, conveying lawyer Kang's position of "Please support Kim."

Then, former reporter Kim said, "Kim's phone is so old that it takes a long time to recognize it. Kim once jokingly asked to change it. I will change it for her," adding, "We always keep our promises. I will say this publicly. Please trust us unconditionally as we never break our promises." This statement by former reporter Kim, who tried to mediate the conflict between Kim and lawyer Kang, seems to have rather provoked Kim.

Meanwhile, Kim claims that she was once in a romantic relationship with candidate Lee. However, Lee denied this, and in September 2018, Kim filed a lawsuit seeking 300 million won in damages, claiming that Lee labeled her as a pathological liar, causing her mental and financial harm.

Initially, Kim filed a criminal complaint against Lee for violating the Public Official Election Act and defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act, but currently, only a civil lawsuit is ongoing. On the 8th, the Seoul Eastern District Court Civil Division 16 (Presiding Judge Woo Gwan-je) accepted a request from Lee's lawyer to change the trial date, postponing the fourth hearing originally scheduled for the 10th of this month to January 5th of next year.
