[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Juhyung] Lawyer Kwon Kyung-ae, co-author of 'The Black Book of Cho Kuk (A Country Never Experienced Before)' and former member of the 'Lawyers for Democracy' (Minbyun), strongly criticized ruling party politicians, saying, "Is the endgame really just Lee Jae-myung?" Kwon directly named lawmakers and scolded them, saying, "You must now acknowledge the limits of your abilities, the limits of incompetence, and the heavy reality of failure."
On the night of the 10th, Kwon posted a lengthy message on her Facebook, stating, "I'm a bit drunk," and expressed these thoughts.
She mentioned prominent politicians from the Democratic Party of Korea by name, lamenting, "Damn senior colleagues. Back then, we overcame the deaths of comrades who self-immolated to end Chun Doo-hwan's military dictatorship and achieve direct elections," adding, "We devoted our youth to protests and prison, and with the representation earned from those youths' lives as medals, you wear the National Assembly badge, become party leaders, and obtain ministerial positions? and the result is Lee Jae-myung?"
She continued, "What must be done so that the end of this nearly 40-year failed generation of hypocrisy is not shameful? Can you pay the price for creating this world of entrenched hereditary status?" and criticized, "Let's stop doing more. Please, has there ever been a force or generation that was given opportunities by holding people's sense of debt hostage as much as you have?"

Lawyer Kwon emphasized, "There are only a few decades left to walk on four legs without a cane," and said, "Now is the time to think about whether to absolve the sins committed in this history and to focus your strength."
She added, "This includes the 386 generation who remained silent or acquiesced during the Cho Kuk incident. There is nowhere to run or retreat," and asserted, "You, we all must die for the next generation to sprout a new pasture."
She also mentioned former Dongyang University professor Jin Joong-kwon, who co-authored 'The Black Book of Cho Kuk.' Kwon described Jin as "the only intellectual left in this era who does his work knowing he will ultimately fail," and questioned politicians, "What have you ever risked? Professor Jin at least risked his professorship; what have you ever risked?"
It is known that Kwon deleted this post shortly after uploading it. The next day, she wrote on her Facebook account, "The post I wrote drunk yesterday was deleted by Facebook itself." However, the original post is still being shared through online communities and social networking services (SNS).
Meanwhile, Kwon Kyung-ae entered Yonsei University in 1983 and graduated in 1995, twelve years after enrollment, after engaging in labor movements in Seoul and various areas of Gyeonggi Province. In 2005, she worked as a lawyer for the People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy, and in 2006 for Minbyun, but withdrew from both organizations last year. She co-authored 'The Black Book of Cho Kuk' with former professor Jin Joong-kwon and Dankook University professor Seo Min, and continues to criticize the government and ruling party.
