120,000 People Flock to Officetels
Daewoo E&C announced on the 5th that it has opened the model house for the urban lifestyle housing of 'Singil AK Prugio,' being developed in the area of 225-9, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and has started sales.
The complex is a residential-commercial mixed-use development consisting of 5 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, with a total of 392 units including 296 urban lifestyle housing units and 96 officetel units, along with neighborhood living facilities. By exclusive area, the urban lifestyle housing units are ▲49㎡A 83 units ▲49㎡B1 151 units ▲49㎡B2 20 units ▲49㎡C 42 units, and the officetel units are ▲78㎡A 83 units ▲78㎡B 13 units.
Online subscription applications will be accepted through the Singil AK Prugio website for two days from the 15th to the 16th, with the announcement of winners on the 17th and official contracts taking place from the 19th to the 20th.
The 'Singil AK Prugio' urban lifestyle housing does not require the use of a subscription savings account, so there is no restriction on re-winning. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of home ownership or residence qualifications. Winners are selected by lottery rather than a point system, and there is no obligation for actual residence.
The model house will operate by prior reservation for 12 days from November 5th to 16th. Visits can be made through advance booking on the website, and a virtual model house will also be available simultaneously.
Meanwhile, in the officetel subscription application held on the 3rd, 125,919 people applied, recording a highest competition rate of 1,349 to 1 and an average competition rate of 1,312 to 1.
