Haevichi Hotel & Resort Jeju, Ranked No.1 in Jeju Resort Category of 2021 Korea Service Quality Index

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Haevichi Hotel & Resort Jeju announced on the 3rd that it ranked first in the Jeju resort category in the Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) survey released by the Korea Standards Association. Haevichi has been selected as number one a total of 12 times from 2009 to this year.

The company stated, "Since the opening of Haevichi Hotel in 2008, Haevichi Resort has maintained service quality at the level of a luxury hotel through an integrated management system with the hotel," adding, "Haevichi Express handles all customer inquiries for both the hotel and resort through a one-stop service, providing prompt and accurate service." They offer room escort services and daily room inspections for all guests, which are not typically provided by general resorts, and also pay attention to upgrading bathroom amenities and strengthening services for children and pregnant women.

In particular, they emphasized their efforts in quarantine and hygiene management in response to the spread of COVID-19. The company said, "We thoroughly conduct daily disinfection throughout the entire business premises, including rooms and auxiliary facilities, and attach a 'Quarantine Safety Sticker' to rooms that have been disinfected so that customers can use the facilities with greater peace of mind." Reflecting the trend of contactless travel, they introduced 'Haevichi Easy Meal 4 Types,' which can be prepared using cooking utensils in the resort rooms, and are implementing private outdoor programs, premium packages, and expanded menu take-out services at food and beverage establishments.

Meanwhile, to celebrate winning first place in the KS-SQI Jeju resort category, Haevichi will offer the 'Thanks Again Package' for two weeks starting from the 8th. The package includes a one-night stay in a resort studio twin room, access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, breakfast buffet for two, and two Americanos. The package is available for stays between the 8th and the 23rd of next month, can be reserved only until the 19th, and is offered at a discounted price compared to other packages.
