Yojin Construction Industry announced on the 1st that it has won a contract worth approximately 31 billion KRW to build the main building of Hyundai Oilbank's Daesan Plant.


This project involves constructing the main building within a factory complex, ranging from one basement floor to five above-ground floors, on six parcels including 640-6, Daejuk-ri, Daesan-eup, Seosan-si, Chungnam. The client is Hyundai Oilbank. The construction cost is 31 billion KRW (including VAT), and completion is scheduled for the end of December next year.


A Yojin Construction official stated, "This year, we have significantly expanded our business scope by securing orders in various fields such as hotels, mixed-use office facilities, logistics centers, station-area youth housing, and knowledge industry centers," adding, "Based on 45 years of construction technology and know-how, we will strive to achieve our order targets this year."


Established in 1976, Yojin Construction is a comprehensive construction company that has built residential brands such as 'Y CITY' and 'Y HAUS', luxury townhouses 'Villa de Y', and the shopping mall 'Bellacitta' located within Yojin Y CITY in Ilsan, Gyeonggi-do.
