Suspicions of Gangster Collusion, Psychiatric Hospital Confinement, Lawyer Fee Payment, and Illegal Fundraising Allegations

[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Former prosecutor and ex-lawmaker Kim Jin-tae (Chairman of the People Power Party’s Chuncheon Gap District Committee) has taken the lead in a rigorous verification of Lee Jae-myung, the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party of Korea.
Kim, who serves as the chairman of the 'Lee Jae-myung National Verification Special Committee,' emphasized at the first meeting of the special committee held at the National Assembly on the 29th, "More important than who becomes the candidate of the main opposition party is whether we can accept the worst low-quality ruling party candidate since the founding of the nation."
He continued, "The mask must be torn off. Tearing masks is my specialty. I have torn off Kim Jong-un’s mask and the family relationship certificate of Cho Kuk," expressing deep concern, "If we do not tear off that mask, the people will have to endure another five years of suffering, and we cannot guarantee whether the Republic of Korea will survive until then."
He then declared an all-out war, saying, "Lee Jae-myung has called out someone living in obscurity, and since he has come out, he will pay his dues. I will make Lee follow the path Cho Kuk took. We will be a special forces unit until Lee Jae-myung falls."
Chairman Kim of the special committee particularly stated, "The materials handed over are piled up like a mountain, and just the titles alone fill several A4 pages. We plan to cover everything about Lee Jae-myung, including suspicions of collusion with organized crime, allegations of confinement in a psychiatric hospital, suspicions of lawyer fee payments, and illegal fundraising," sharpening the blade of verification.
He said, "Now is the 'time of Baekhyeon-dong.' Jeongja-dong, Sunae-dong, and Pyeongtaek Hyundeok District are also on standby," sarcastically adding, "There is nothing intact wherever Lee Jae-myung’s hand has touched. In some ways, the Daejang-dong corruption might not even be the biggest corruption since the founding of the nation."
He went on, "Now is the 'time of organized crime.' The leader of organized crime warned the ruling party’s presidential candidate that 'the food at Seoul Detention Center is delicious,' and our country has become like this," sharply criticizing Lee, "It is almost impossible to block the truth, and no one can deceive everyone forever."
He added, "Even if just one of these many landmines explodes, it means at least 10 years in prison. Knowing this well, they are refusing a special prosecutor, but ultimately, for candidate Lee Jae-myung, prison is closer than the Blue House," directly attacking him.
Chairman Kim said, "We have gathered twelve current lawmakers and experts in real estate, finance, and law with difficulty for the Lee Jae-myung special committee," and expressed determination, "Please take good care, and although it is disappointing to be outside the National Assembly, let’s not miss any meetings."
Besides Chairman Kim, the 'Lee Jae-myung National Verification Special Committee' appointed lawyer Lee Byung-chul as vice chairman, and twelve current lawmakers including Kim Eun-hye, Kim Hyung-dong, Yoon Chang-hyun, Jeon Ju-hye, and Choi Hyung-doo were appointed as members.
