Bithumb Selected as 'KS-CQI Excellent Call Center' for 3 Consecutive Years

[Asia Economy Reporter Gong Byung-sun] Bithumb, a domestic cryptocurrency exchange, announced on the 28th that it has been selected as an 'Excellent Call Center' in the KS-CQI (Call Center Quality Index) organized by the Korea Standards Association. KS-CQI is a call center evaluation model index implemented by the Korea Standards Association.


Bithumb has been selected as an excellent call center for three consecutive years since 2019, when cryptocurrency exchanges were included as evaluation targets in KS-CQI. Bithumb's call center received high scores in evaluation indicators such as ▲physical environment ▲friendliness ▲ease of access.


Bithumb operates a 24/7 consultation system year-round and also runs a dedicated voice phishing response desk. Recently, it opened a large integrated customer center located in Sinnonhyeon, Seoul, enabling investors to use consultation services more easily and conveniently.
