Hwasun-gun, Individual Official Land Price Determination, Announcement, and Objection Submission

[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeollanam-do Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) will accept objections to the individual publicly announced land prices as of July 1, which were decided and announced on the 29th, until the 29th of next month.

According to the county on the 27th, landowners and interested parties can view the announced land prices on the county office website or the Real Estate Public Price Informer.

After viewing, if there is an objection to the price, they can fill out the 'Individual Public Land Price Objection Form' available at the county office or the town/myeon civil service offices, and submit it by visiting the Happiness Civil Service Division at the county office, the town/myeon administrative welfare centers, or send it by mail.

It is also possible to submit the objection form online through the Ilsapyeonri website after authentication with a certified digital signature.

For the land where an objection form has been submitted, a re-investigation will be conducted considering the characteristics of the individual land, the price of the standard land, and the balance with nearby land prices, followed by verification by an appraiser and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee before a decision is made.

The results of the objection review will be individually notified to the applicant by mail.

The adjusted land prices are scheduled to be announced on December 28.
