Kumho Construction Wins Consecutive Housing Projects in Geumcheon, Seoul and Jincheon, Chungbuk

Kumho Construction has successfully secured consecutive housing projects in Seoul and Chungbuk.

According to the construction industry on the 26th, Kumho Construction was finally selected as the contractor for the Daedo Apartment Small-scale Reconstruction Maintenance Project in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul on the 23rd, and recently succeeded in winning the contract for the Chungbuk Jincheon Iwol Apartment New Construction Project. They secured two housing projects this month alone.

The Daedo Apartment Small-scale Reconstruction Maintenance Project Association in Geumcheon-gu is a project to build three apartment buildings with 199 households on a 7,293㎡ site in the Siheung-dong area, consisting of 2 basement floors and 20 above-ground floors. All units are composed of 59㎡ and 84㎡ types, which are highly preferred by actual residents. The total construction cost is approximately 41.6 billion KRW.

This is Kumho Construction's second small-scale reconstruction project after the Daejin Villa Small-scale Reconstruction Project in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do, in May. Based on this experience, Kumho Construction plans to actively participate in small-scale reconstruction projects to be carried out in Seoul and the metropolitan area in the future.

Kumho Construction also succeeded in winning the Chungbuk Jincheon Iwol Apartment New Construction Project this month. This project involves constructing four apartment buildings with 378 households, consisting of 1 basement floor and 20 above-ground floors, in Songnim-ri, Iwol-myeon, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, with a total construction cost of 68.5 billion KRW.

The construction period is approximately 26 months, with groundbreaking and sales scheduled for December.
