Opinion Leaders Discuss Jungnang Vision...Jungnang-gu Holds 2030 Jungnang Vision Forum

[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) will hold a discussion session with opinion leaders composed of experts from various fields to talk about the direction and vision for regional development.

Until now, the district has held the Jungnang Vision Roundtable Meeting, where residents from all walks of life proposed policy ideas through discussion sessions. However, this year, to facilitate more in-depth discussions, experts from each field will participate in a vision discussion under the theme "Speaking the 2030 Jungnang Vision."

The vision discussion will be conducted under 15 subtopics across five areas: ▲ Vibrant Economic Jungnang ▲ Urban Development to Foster Growth Engines ▲ Future Jungnang of Education and Culture ▲ Warm Welfare Jungnang Together ▲ Healthy City Jungnang Where Everyone’s Life is Happy.

The first day, the 25th, began with the "Economy (Jobs) sector." The discussion included presentations on the current status and progress in each field regarding revitalizing the local economy through support for the fashion sewing industry, youth support, and expanding urban agriculture experience opportunities, followed by discussions with experts and a Q&A session.

In particular, the opinion leaders attending that day shared their experiences from the field and continued to propose various policies that could be practically applied concerning improvement directions and development strategies, making the discussion session even more meaningful.

Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, "It is very meaningful to have an in-depth discussion session with opinion leaders for the development of the region," and added, "We will do our best to reflect the valuable opinions proposed through the vision discussion in the district administration."

The vision discussions will continue for three weeks until November 9, with a total of five sessions, one for each field.
