[Sejong=Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] NongHyup announced on the 25th that it will begin recruiting new employees for the second half of 2021 across the entire NongHyup group starting from the 26th.
Fourteen affiliates including the NongHyup Central Association, NongHyup Economic Holdings, NH NongHyup Bank, NH NongHyup Life Insurance, NH NongHyup Property & Casualty Insurance, and NH Investment & Securities will participate. The number of recruits is approximately 400.
The new recruitment fields include general, information technology (IT), digital, card, distribution, livestock support, and specialized areas. Anyone with expertise and passion for NongHyup’s business can apply. Applicants cannot apply to multiple recruiting corporations or fields simultaneously.
The selection process will proceed in the order of document screening, written test, and interview. A blind recruitment method with no restrictions on academic background, age, or gender will be adopted. Applicants eligible under the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, such as national veterans, and the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons will be given preference.
A NongHyup official stated, "In this recruitment, NongHyup plans to select talents who will realize the vision of 'NongHyup Together with Farmers and the People for 100 Years' and actively contribute to fulfilling social responsibility through job creation."
