[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] SK Magic announced on the 25th that it has introduced the industry's first long-term rental service for massage chairs, allowing usage for up to 69 months.

The product in question is the "sofa-type premium massage chair (model name: MMC-145)" released in April. The rental service period, which was previously available at a monthly rental fee of 67,500 KRW (based on 59 months), has now been extended.

It can be used at 47,500 KRW per month for the 69-month plan. SK Magic explained that when using affiliated cards, the monthly rental fee can be further discounted by up to 23,000 KRW, allowing the massage chair to be used for around 20,000 KRW per month.

The sofa-type premium massage chair offers the industry's first "lower body triple care massage system" with comparable specifications. It provides a refreshing massage for the entire body, including the arms, legs, calves, and feet. Featuring a luxurious sofa design, it offers a comfortable seating experience as if sitting on a sofa.

An SK Magic official stated, "We introduced the industry's first long-term rental service for massage chairs that can be used for more than 69 months, judging that the demand among young people in their 20s and 30s has rapidly increased recently and that the product's durability and technology are sufficiently supported."
