Kona I Launches Real Estate Valuation Service 'Jadu, Yeo Gi Eolma'

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Kona I announced on the 25th the launch of a real estate value appraisal service called 'Jadu, Here How Much' (hereinafter Jadu), which allows users to view various real estate information including real estate value appraisal amounts at a glance.

'Jadu, Here How Much' is a service that provides real estate value appraisal data based on 20 years of accumulated real estate big data. It offers estimated price information for various real estate properties including apartments, villas, single-family and multi-family houses, and land.

Unlike other real estate services that provide price information based on actual transaction prices and official announced prices, Jadu reflects comprehensively collected information to provide a more accurate estimate of current value.

The detailed real estate report, which is provided as a paid service, includes real estate-related information such as an overview of the listing, transaction cases and market price information, surrounding information, commercial district information, land and building registry information, official real estate documents such as restrictions on activities in the area, and financial information including acquisition tax, public charges, and brokerage fees. This offers the advantage of receiving all necessary information for real estate transactions in one service without having to search through individual sites.

Users can easily access the service by clicking the Jadu banner located on the main screen of the Kona Card app, and it is planned to be released as a separate app in the future.

By entering the real estate address to search on the Jadu service screen, users can check estimated price information, usage, area, construction year, and other details of the property. By clicking the detailed report view button, comprehensive information such as activity restrictions, similar transactions, nearby real estate public auctions, cadastral maps, price changes, surrounding facility information, mortgage rights, and other necessary documents can be downloaded as a PDF file.

Cho Jeong-il, CEO of Kona I, said, "To verify accurate information about real estate, one must go through complicated and cumbersome procedures, which often discourages ordinary people." He added, "In fact, I suffered greatly from a jeonse fraud in my youth, so I wanted to build a platform that allows easy access to complex and difficult real estate information." He continued, "In the future, we will add various services such as space design services and commercial district analysis services to the Jadu platform to build a platform that comprehensively provides space-based information needed by local communities."
