Paris Baguette to Host '2021 Cheese Fair'

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Paris Baguette announced on the 25th that it will hold the ‘2021 Cheese Fair,’ presenting various ways to enjoy cheese and showcasing products made with cheese.


This year, under the slogan ‘Melting Cheese,’ which means ‘melting into rich cheese,’ they incorporated distinct cheeses such as Cheddar, Emmental, Gouda, and Camembert to deliver diverse flavors and aromas.


In particular, ingredients that pair well with cheese, such as sausage and rose sauce, were appropriately used to further enhance the unique charm of the cheese.


The main products include ▲‘Quattro Cheese Molbbang,’ a soft bread filled generously with four kinds of cheese: Cheddar, Emmental, Gouda, and Camembert ▲‘Crispy Outside, Chewy Inside Mozza Cheese Ball,’ a cheese ball with a crispy exterior and chewy interior filled with savory mozzarella cheese ▲‘Camangisseobojja, Cheese or Bread?’ which has Camembert cheese embedded inside chewy bread, reminiscent of real Camembert cheese ▲‘Cheese in Love with Rose,’ a savory and soft cheese bread filled with sausage, cheese, and rose sauce in harmony ▲and ‘Savory Cream Cheese Stick,’ a chewy cheese stick filled generously with cream cheese and fondue cheese cream.


Best menu items that were popular in previous Cheese Fairs are also being reintroduced. These include ‘Sweet Gorgonzola,’ a fan-shaped Gorgonzola cheese topped with honey, and ‘Rolled Mozzarella Cheese Sausage,’ a salty sausage wrapped in chewy mozzarella cheese.
