[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Gyeonggi Province announced on the 25th that "10 outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the province achieved export contract prospects worth approximately $550,000 at the 'Jakarta (Indonesia) International Premium Consumer Goods Online Video Consultation' held on the 5th."


The consultation involved 10 promising consumer goods companies from the province, selected through a public contest, including cosmetics, household goods, IT, and electronic devices, and local buyers from various industries participated in one-on-one video consultations.


According to the province, a cosmetics manufacturer, Company A, which participated in the video consultation, received an order for samples from a local buyer and expressed their intention to officially import the products after confirming marketability.


A total of 60 consultations worth $4.98 million in exports have been conducted so far, and the province supported participating companies with participation fees, interpretation costs, online promotional material production costs, and local market information.


This consumer goods exhibition will be operated through an online platform until December 28.
