Daewoo E&C has opened the cyber model house for 'Unjeong New Town Prugio Parsena' and started sales. A notable point is that it is a post-sale complex, allowing move-in by August 2022.


Located at 23-1, Dayul-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do (Paju Unjeong 3 District A-13 Block), this complex consists of 20 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,745 units sized between 59 and 84㎡. The sale price is subject to the price ceiling system, with an average price of approximately 13.09 million KRW per 3.3㎡.


The number of units by exclusive area is ▲59㎡A 563 units ▲59㎡B 139 units ▲59㎡C 201 units ▲59㎡D 87 units ▲84㎡A 185 units ▲84㎡B 207 units ▲84㎡C 166 units ▲84㎡D 197 units, mainly composed of small to medium-sized units preferred by buyers.


The subscription schedule starts with special supply on November 1 (Monday), followed by first priority local applications on November 2 (Tuesday), and second priority applications on November 3 (Wednesday). Winners will be announced on November 9 (Tuesday), and official contracts will be conducted over 11 days from November 25 (Thursday) to December 5 (Sunday).


The unit layouts apply a 4Bay slab-type structure (except for some units), which is advantageous for ventilation and airflow. All housing types include a master bedroom dressing room, and depending on the type, ample storage spaces such as pantry and alpha rooms are provided.


Additionally, as an eco-friendly residential complex certified with Green Building Certification (general) and Energy Efficiency Grade 1, the complex will feature landscaping including a green field (central plaza), themed playgrounds, and resident exercise facilities. The entire complex is oriented mainly southward to maximize views and natural lighting, with maximum spacing between buildings.


Advanced systems for energy saving and robust security are also applied. These include a room-by-room temperature control system that helps reduce heating costs by setting individual room temperatures, and a One-Pass system that allows opening the main entrance door via a smartphone application. Real-time energy monitoring systems, smart door cameras, and smart centralized control switches will also be introduced.


Especially as a post-sale complex, it offers the advantage of quick move-in. Prospective buyers can directly see the structure close to its actual form, and due to the application of the price ceiling system, units are offered at prices lower than the surrounding market.


Unjeong New Town Prugio Parsena offers easy access to Seoul and other metropolitan areas via Jayuro, 2nd Jayuro, and Seoul-Munsan Expressway.


Various transportation networks are scheduled to open nearby. Notably, the metropolitan area express railroad (GTX) Line A is planned to pass near the complex, significantly improving access to Seoul. The extension of Subway Line 3 is also planned.


Within walking distance, sites for kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools are planned, with Sandeul Middle School, Unjeong High School, Jisan High School, and Gyoha High School adjacent to the complex. Additionally, Goindol Forest Bathing Area, Dorae Park, and Unjeong Lake Park are nearby for leisure activities.


Unjeong New Town, where the complex is located, is a second-phase new town entering its 10th year of occupancy, with abundant infrastructure for education, convenience, and leisure. Within a 1 km radius are convenience facilities such as Homeplus Paju Unjeong Branch, Lotte Cinema Paju Unjeong Branch, and the planned CGV Paju Sinnae Branch. A medical facility site is also planned near the complex.
