"Staycation and Donate at Seoul Shilla Hotel and Shilla Stay"

Seoul Shilla Hotel. 'Give Your Big Walk' package.

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Seoul Shilla Hotel and Shilla Stay announced on the 22nd that they have each launched social contribution activity packages where customers' enjoyable hotel vacations lead to donations.

Seoul Shilla Hotel partnered with Big Walk, a mobile application service provider for step donations, to introduce the 'Give Your Big Walk' package. Customers can enjoy an autumn walk along the Hanyangdoseong Namsan District Dasan Fortress Trail near the hotel, and the steps taken are converted into donations.

For customers using this package, 2 KRW per step is accumulated as a donation. The target cumulative step count is 1 million steps by November 30 (participation is possible even after check-out). After reaching the goal, the collected donations will be delivered to 'Namsanwon,' a child care facility in Jung-gu, Seoul, to support basic living expenses for children.

The hotel provides a guide map of the Hanyangdoseong Fortress Trail. The guide map also introduces nearby attractions and dining options around the hotel. Additionally, the Seoul Shilla Hotel bakery 'Pastry Boutique' offers the 'Hanyangdoseong Steam Cake,' a bread designed to resemble the fortress stones of Hanyangdoseong.

The package runs from the 1st to the 30th of next month and includes ▲ eligibility to participate in the Big Walk campaign ▲ one Hanyangdoseong guide map ▲ one set of Pastry Boutique Hanyangdoseong Steam Cake (9 pieces) ▲ one Shilla eco bag mini ▲ access to the gym and indoor swimming pool. For family customers including children, one Shilla Bear is additionally provided.

Shilla Stay has partnered with the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation to offer the social contribution package 'Be My Umbrella.' For each package sold, 3,000 KRW is donated to the foundation.

Shilla Stay provides all package users with a free upgrade to a deluxe room and late check-out service (2 PM, excluding Saturdays and Jeju branch). Additional benefits include a Shilla Stay limited bear and mask packs.

The 'Be My Umbrella' package, which allows guests to enjoy a meaningful hotel vacation, accumulates a 3,000 KRW donation to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation upon stay, and includes ▲ one night in a room (free upgrade to deluxe room) ▲ one Shilla Stay limited bear ▲ two Aviv sheet mask milk stickers ▲ late check-out at 2 PM (excluding Saturdays and Jeju branch). The package is available at all 13 Shilla Stay locations nationwide until the end of this month.
