[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Life Research Institute (CEO Yeon Hyun-joo), which operates the home cleaning service 'Cheongso Yeonguso,' announced on the 22nd that it will provide winter flu vaccine support, one of the welfare programs for cleaning managers.
Cheongso Yeonguso operates the 'Dundeun Membership' system, which includes liability insurance enrollment, to enhance the welfare of cleaning managers. It offers various benefits such as providing basic cleaning supply sets, holiday gifts, condolence money, flu vaccine support, and performance bonuses.
This flu vaccine support covers the full vaccination cost for cleaning managers who have worked more than 40 hours as of October. After receiving the flu vaccination, cleaning managers can submit a photo of the detailed medical receipt with their name to Cheongso Yeonguso within 7 days to get reimbursed.
Additionally, Cheongso Yeonguso runs a fully government-funded cleaning expert training program supported by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The curriculum covers basic theories of daily cleaning, cleaning methods and routes by area, and contamination management. Graduates receive a certificate and can work with Cheongso Yeonguso if they wish.
Yeon Hyun-joo, CEO of Life Research Institute, said, "Since the service started in 2017, we have been providing flu vaccine support annually and are striving to offer better welfare to cleaning managers.
